Dear friends and family -  I'm devastated and heartbroken to share the news that Walt passed away at home last night. He died surrounded by his children and family. He has been on hospice since last week and despite his eleven year battle with Leukemia, the end was mercifully faster than expected We are so grateful that he survived the odds for as long as he did and for the gifts and memories he granted all of us. He lived life to the fullest, loving his friends and family deeply. The world is considerably less bright without his quick wit, intellect and deep compassion. I will be forever grateful for over 25 years of love, laughter, friendship and partnership and our two most precious children, Luke and Sofia. He will live on forever live on in their spirit, kindness and creativity. He left us all richer for being here. Thank you to our friends and family for the amazing support and kindness through this journey. We are in the midst of making arrangements for a celebration of his life.
