Story
Thank you for visiting and for being part of Cynthia’s support team. Recently, Cynthia received a diagnosis of breast cancer — news that has been overwhelming, but she is meeting it with her signature strength, grace, and unwavering faith. She has been diagnosed with Stage 2, Triple Positive, Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. Her treatment plan includes 18 weeks of chemotherapy, beginning Monday, May 5, with six rounds of treatment scheduled every three weeks. After completing chemotherapy, Cynthia will undergo a lumpectomy followed by radiation therapy. This site will be a way for family and friends to help out Cynthia and her family with any needs along her journey. We know so many of you are eager to stay connected, send prayers, and find ways to help. Your messages, well wishes, and positive energy will mean more than words can express — and will be a great source of comfort and strength for Cynthia throughout her journey. Please check back for requests for help and remember to check the CaringBridge link for updates on Cynthia. Every kind word and prayer reminds Cynthia that she is not walking this road alone. Thank you for standing with her in love, faith, and hope.
