Ramirez Family support

Yuba City, CA

Story

The Ramirez family is going through a rough time right now. Mother; Jackie was 29 weeks pregnant when her water broke at home and she is now on bed rest at Sutter Sacramento hospital for the next 5 weeks or until baby comes and when baby does come he will be pre-mature. Father: Kevin usually works everyday 10-12 hours 6 days a week to provide for his family since mom has been in the hospital he had to take leave from his job to stay home and provide care for thier girls and be the main support person for his family between taking care of the girls and visiitng and being there for mom going through this tough time. Mom only is allowed 1 support person, 1 visitor which is kevin, she hasn't been able to hug her girls in 1 week so its been very hard. Everyone's world has been flipped upside down. Mom is usually the one that tends to the kids and everyones needs but now the roles are reversed and dad is doing the best he can but between giving up his job and taking on the role of super dad it is still hard without mom around to cook dinner for everyone or help with groceries, and just being home and caring for everyone etc. So we did this meal train to help take some stress off this family and help out during hard times until mom can return home. Anything is appreciated
