As some of you know, Crystal suffered a minor set back on Monday morning and had a small heart attack known as SCAD. She may be stubborn and very independent but thankfully on Monday morning she listened to her body and called 911. She has spent a few days (stubbornly) sharing a room with others and under doctor's care. She WILL RECOVER and be back to normal but may need some help. If we can come up with some meals to prepare and have there that will alleviate one less thing she has to do. If you can't cook (like me) have your significant other cook (also like me) or send a gift card or door dash! Any other ideas please add them to the calendar. Dog walking, groceries, company and laughter please consider just being a loving human to her during this time!
