Cherish was diagnosed with Glioma Brain Stem Tumor on January 16th 2024. Upon the discovery, her surgeon made her aware that her tumor is not treatable with radiation, nor is it operable. She has been referred to Vanderbilt Hospital. She has had to make drastic lifestyle changes. She has closed her cleaning service, which she established in 2016. She has lost many of her freedoms. She has trouble with vision and the right side of her body doesn’t function very well. She deals with pain associated from where the tumor is located.
