As the Lessing family takes the time to grieve Diane's mother maybe we can help take the burden off some of their everyday day tasks. We can either deliver a meal personally, send them meal delivery service GC's, or have a meal delivered to them. They typically eat between 6-7pm for dinner. Jordyn is vegetarian. DIane does not like tomatoes. This is copied directly from Diane's FB: It is with a deep aching sadness that I want to let everyone know my mother passed away early this morning. She ended up being taken by ambulance last Friday to Memorial Hermann. Unfortunately her health issues were too much to overcome. The amazing doctors and nurses ensured she was comfortable and in no pain so she passed peacefully. If you knew her you knew of her love for her grandchildren and family. She was mom to so many 4 legged friends and never met a dog she didn’t like. She lived a wonderful and full life. While we will miss her, we will take comfort knowing she is reunited with my dad, Yenta. Joseph and many of their other dogs. For all her papillon friends, they had a butterfly on her hospital door. They didn’t know of her love for butterflies or papillons, so we took that as a sign from her ❤️.
