From Alexi: "I’ve wanted this baby since the day emmylou was born. I knew with more conviction than anything ever that this person had to be here. Through last year’s health challenges, we didn’t know if we’d be able to have another baby, but turned it over to God and found peace with whatever might happen. When Coley went into remission and completed treatment, we told the girls it was time to call Star Man down from the sky. A month later we found out we were pregnant, and the day we told the girls that baby Star Man caught a ride in mommy’s tummy was a day I’ll never forget. We are so close to meeting our little Star Man, a gift to us from God, a reminder to keep the faith and never take a day for granted. Made with love and gratitude."
