As you may know, Katie was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of breast cancer known as stage 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer. If you have the privilege of knowing her, you already know she is one of the kindest and most selfless humans on this planet. But she's also one of the strongest women I know so I already know she's going to kick cancer's you-know-what! She is currently undergoing a very intense chemo for the next few weeks, which will not only slow her down from being a very involved wife and mother (of the cutest little 5 year old dude!!), but also from the salon she owns.
