The Palmer/Bowman family lost two of their beloved family members in such a short period of time: Teri and Barbara “Baboo”. Teri was an amazing Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and Friend. Baboo was a delightful and kind Wife, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and friend. This page was created to help honor their memories and support Courtney’s family in this difficult time.
