From Elena: It is with a heavy saddened heart that I am writing this post to inform you that my mother Regina Stout has passed away unexpectedly. She was a great mother, Gigi and friend. She was loved by so many. Her passing has left a huge hole in all our hearts. She will always be remembered as a loving Mother, incredible Gigi and amazing friend. I’ve never felt a pain like this. She was the best Gigi to the boys and always so thoughtful of others. She recently earned her bachelor’s degree and authored part of a book and was so proud to work with veterans at the VA every day. She didn’t meet anyone that wasn’t a friend and treated most like family. I’ll share information about a service in the coming days. For now, please don’t call my dad. We are still processing how this is even possible.
