On May 15th, Elizabeth, who is in the 4's program at SRNS, lost her Dad, Derrick Brown, tragically, in a car accident. In the words of Elizabeth's mother, Shannon, "He was a devoted, loving father to our daughter and a great friend to me. Even though we couldn’t make it work as husband and wife, we made sure to do a damn good job raising Elizabeth as co-parents and am so thankful to have had him in my life for the past 7 years." We have created this meal train for the Novak/Brown family to help ease the burden of dinners in the coming days while they try to navigate this extremely difficult time.
