Story

“Tetralogy of Fallot” Three words that flipped our world completely upside down. What is Tetralogy of Fallot? It is a rare (1 in 3,000) condition caused by a combination of four heart defects that are present at birth. Tetralogy of Fallot defect causes oxygen poor blood to flow out of the heart and into the rest of the body. And then came more.. “Possible Pulmonary Atresia”. This is where the valve that controls blood flow from the heart to the lungs doesn’t form. Which means the blood has difficulties picking up oxygen from the lungs. Even more rare, 1 in 10,000. While we are no longer facing the pulmonary atresia and have blood flow, we have now been diagnosed with hydrops and polyhydramnios. I will continue to update everything on here. Thank you all, for everything.
