A message from Rami’s RFSPH partners: Jess, Lauren, and Jaseudia: As many of you may know, Rami and Hilary Kranz’s daughter, Abigail, was recently diagnosed with bone cancer on Christmas Eve. Abigail began chemotherapy immediately following her diagnoses and has a surgery scheduled for the week of March 25, 2024. While Abigail continues her courageous fight, we thought it would be a good idea to take some stress out of her family’s life. What better way to support them than by assisting with daily meals during this difficult time. Due to the unpredictability of the family’s schedule over the next month, Rami has asked that in lieu of a traditional meal train meal drop-off or delivery, that supporters send gift cards instead of meals. There are times when the family maybe in between home and the hospital, so gift cards work better for their schedule. There is a wish list provided on the site for places like Starbucks (Abigail is a barista and loves the Strawberry acai with peach juice) and other places to support the family with meals.
