Let us support Jessica, Sam, Noah and Shai as they transition into becoming a family of 4! Healthy meals nourish and help heal the body after childbirth. It will comfort them through the magical and sometimes overwhelming first weeks with a newborn. Your comments on this page are encouraged so that Jessica and Sam can feel connected to their friends & family. This meal "train" is specifically for dinners that can be easily heated up. You could also consider adding a small breakfast item for the next day! (example: fresh juice, healthy muffins, fruit etc...)

Special Notes

Jessica does not eat dairy. Please no other meats than chicken, burger patties or fish. If you feel like ordering in, some favorites are Mendocino Farms, Mexican Food, Ramen, Burgers.
