While we all know what is going on with my dad I create this account to help with dad end of days care needs and also mom needs help. While we are trying to help it is important to remember that we all have jobs and we wish to protect our jobs for our families livelihood. So we can't have just 1 person taking on the full care or the majority of the care of both of our parents. This should help everyone know what is needed and when we are available to help. This way the assistance needed doesn't fall on just one person. We can split shifts in the hospice facility vs staying all day or 1 person stays the majority of the nights.
