HI! It's with a heavy heart we are here today for the Lemmer's and the Ledwith families, as they experience the lost of their Mother. Nana, was our team's biggest fan. She loved the game and cheered for each and every girl on the ice. I can honestly say her kind words, gently smile and continous support was something we all looked for at each game/practices and events.
