Story
I have started this page for our dear friend Jenny. Here is a little more info in her own words... Hi, my name is Jennifer. I am 54 and suffering from B Cell Follicular Non Hodgkins Lymphoma . After a few setbacks and huge anount of pain, I am about to start chemo and targeted therapy. This is preventing me from working every day to make ends meet. I am now going this alone-my partner said this burden was too much for him and moved out leaving me alone to deal with this. I now have a rent /bills to pay on my own. Please consider donating to me. Special Notes
Jenny is primarily a vegetarian. While she most definitely will need help with caring for the kitty box (no can do during the chemo, her immunity will be too compromised), cleaning the house, and meals she could really use monetary donations via her go fund me campaign and gift cards so that she can pay rent/bills and buy necessities. Unfortunately, she cannot work and is still awaiting any disability/unemployment assistance. It takes a village, and we have an amazing one in Chicago - let's stick together.
