Hi friends! As some of you may know, Ella has BRCA-2 which puts her at a high risk for cancer. She is about to undergo her third preventative surgery in a year, which will be the most invasive and put her out for a few months. In the weeks that follow, she will be rebuilding her general mobility. Folks have asked how they can help and since she will be unable to cook, the best way is to help offset food costs. This past year proved anything but easy, from digesting difficult news to navigating the jungle of medical and insurance red tape to the physical and mental challenges associated with serious, life-changing surgeries.
