We keep to a paleo diet and don't eat gluten or dairy. Meals that feature meats, grains, and veggies are perfect. We really enjoy soups, stews, and meat/veggie combos; we aren’t the biggest fans of casseroles and hot dishes. To help reduce stress and protect against germs during this time, all meal drop offs will be no-contact. We'll set up a box on the porch for meals; please text us when you drop off your meal, and we'll come grab it when we can. We love you all and appreciate your support so much!
