Cass and Josh brought a beautiful baby girl into this world on 9/18/2020; Shae Réalta (4.9 pounds/ 16.5 inches long). Shae was diagnosed with Gastroschisis, which is a birth defect of the abdominal (belly) wall. The baby's intestines were found outside of the baby's body, exiting through a hole beside the belly button. For the next 4-6 weeks, the proud and humble parents will be traveling to CHOP daily to visit Shae. Shae is doing great, and those who know her parents well, are confident that Shae will be home sooner than expected. That being said, I ask that those seeing this pick up a meal for the Pugh-Pedittos. It would bring them peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about. Thank you 😊 ✌️🍀🤟💙
