Our beloved Coach Richard and his daughter, Lily, are experiencing an unimaginable loss with the sudden passing of Kristin—a devoted wife, mother, and friend. Coach Richard has been a guiding force and a steady source of strength in our swim community at Scott Valley since 2021, and in Marin swimming for over 12 years. He has poured his heart, time, and expertise into helping our swimmers grow, both in and out of the pool, while shaping the spirit of our teams. Since relocating to Sonoma County in 2016, Richard has also built strong friendships throughout Sebastopol and the greater Russian River area. Now, it’s our turn to support him and Lily as they face this deeply painful time.
