Story
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Marcos Corona on August 21, 2024. He was a dedicated teacher at Mater Dei, a Knight of Columbus, faithful man, and beloved husband to Nancy and father to Mia and Alessandro. His kindness, strength, and unwavering love for his family, friends, and students will always be remembered. He leaves behind his loving wife, Nancy, who taught children's religious education at SEAS for years, Mia who completed her confirmation in May, and Alessandro who is active in the children's ministry and VBS. This school year, Mia will be graduating from Mater Dei High School and Alessandro will be finishing elementary school. As they navigate this difficult time, they are grateful for the support, prayers, and love from our community. Your kindness means more than words can express. Let's make sure the Corona family has all the support and care possible to help hold them up during this time of grief and loss. . One of our priorities right now is making sure the Corona family eats. I've set up a Care Calendar and there is a list of their favorite restaurants below, so please claim one or more of those dates if you would like to help.
