Nothing spicy for Allison. Bethany & Aaron are gluten free. (Bob & Allison can eat gluten though!) Likes/ Dislikes: We usually do vegetarian on Fridays. We love higher protein meals (Like meats) and fruits & vegetables/ salads. Casseroles/ bakes and easy to reheat foods are also helpful as we won't always be able to eat at the same time. No seafood besides fried fish/ salmon/ other fatty fish. Also if you'd like to just help us cook a meal (we get the ingredients etc.) that would also be a help.
