Story
We are so excited for you to meet our baby girl and be a part of this new journey with us! We love and appreciate you so very much because you are such an important part of our lives and will be such an important part in the lives of our children. As we navigate the first several weeks as a new family of three, this page will really help us know who to expect and when, when we need to grab groceries or plan to prepare our own meals, etc. We would like to avoid being on our phones and coordinating all these things once baby girl is earthside and able to be in our arms ❤️

We would like to avoid being on our phones and coordinating all these things once baby girl is earthside and able to be in our arms ❤️ Please sign up for the days you would like to visit to meet our baby girl. No more than one family visiting each day. On those days that you will be spending most of the day with us, please also sign up for dinner so that other friends/family know that we will not need food for that day, since we will have extra people in our home to help. Of course, if you are just planning to visit for a few hrs, do not feel pressured to bring food or do chores. -Please consider getting updated on all your vaccines before visiting, especially Tdap, Flu, & RSV. -Do not come into our home if you feel sick in the slightest or have been around someone in the week prior that was sick. -Please wash your hands thoroughly immediately after entering into our home. -Please apply hand sanitizer frequently while in our home. -No kissing our very vulnerable baby girl, not on the face, head, hands, feet, or really anywhere. -Please no eating while holding the baby. -Please do not wear any perfumes or colognes to meet the baby. And please wash hands and change clothes after smoking, if you want to hold the baby. -We will be trying to breastfeed directly from the source for the first several weeks. Therefore, mom may be in little to no clothes at anytime. Please do not visit if this makes you uncomfortable. This also means mom and dad may ask for baby back frequently, but we will try to give you as much cuddle time as we can. -If you will be visiting for multiple days at a time, it would be super helpful if you washed any clothes/dishes that needs to be washed, sweep/vacuum/mop floors, grab groceries, prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner for the family, or took dog for walk, etc. Of course, if you are just planning to visit for a few hrs, do not feel pressured to bring food or do chores.
