Village of Love & Support for the Salmonowiczs

Verona, WI

Story

If you've found yourself on this page, you've heard the unfortunate news that Jess has B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (again). Over the next several months, she'll be undergoing chemotherapy treatment followed by a stem cell transplant. As part of her village, it would be amazing if you could contribute to supporting her, Bill, and the boys in some way. In the calendar below, you'll see requests for help. Sign up to drop off dinner or have dinner delivered to their house on a Monday or Wednesday. Alternatively, take care of a grocery store run or grocery delivery anytime. (Pick 'n Save and Costco are where they shop most frequently.) Additional details in the requests below. They are forever grateful for your love and support! *You have all been so generous in helping us out and providing meals, transportation, and support. We are overwhelmed by your outreach and have plenty! If you are looking for additional ways to show your support, I just signed up for the Scenic Shore 150 for next July. We'll see if I actually ride or just volunteer! Feel free to donate to help LLS fund research and patient support. For example, the immunotherapy treatment blinatumomab was not part of my first treatment, but because of funding from LLS and all the amazing research being done, it is now part of the standard of care and will hopefully keep me in remission forever! Thanks for considering! https://events.lls.org/pages/vtnt/2025ss150/SennsationalSurvivor Other ways to support: *Donate blood *Become part of the Be the Match stem cell donor list *Volunteer at the ride or your local LLS

Special Notes

Wynden is allergic to peanuts and Bill is allergic to shellfish, so avoid those! If you're preparing a meal to drop off, ensure that the ingredients are not coming from a facility where peanuts are processed.
