To simplify things, I've hired a Holistic Nutritionist to assist with cooking up a few meals for me each week. She has been a life saver at ensuring I have healthy meals in my fridge each week!! There is cost involved that is a little outside of my budget, so there are options to assist with the expense listed once a week on the calendar. I'm still more than happy to receive meals and/or groceries from friends.
