Story
On February 9th Amanda will be undergoing extensive spine surgery. The doctors will be performing an ALIF (anterior lumbar interbody fusion) with a posterior fixation. She will be in the hospital 4-5 days after the surgery to begin the recovery. After talking with Amanda I figured this was a good way we could help someone who is always thinking of others. As her Mother and Michael will both be taking on additional tasks having meals ready for them would be extremely helpful. It will remove one tasks off their plates if just for a few days. If you plan on cooking them a homemade meal and want to deliver it please contact Kathy or Amanda to coordinate. If you need their cellphone numbers please just let me know. I hope we can all come together to give them just a little bit of help during what will be a long recovery. If you are unable to donate a meal please do not feel obligated. Your prayers and positive thoughts are more than enough.

They are not picky eaters nor do they have any restrictions or food allergies. If you are unsure of what to get the family to eat send a DoorDash, UberEats or GrubHub gift card. Send gift cards to Amanda's email at [email protected]. Anything to make this easier for you. The donations are open for those who cannot provide a meal or may live to far. The funds will be used for the family to grab something to-go.
