Runners and walkers are an amazing community.  We rally behind our own with support, reassurance and sometimes with a little bit of sass.  

Mari Lynn Dare, our fellow runner, dog lover and all around badass was hit by a car recently during a run and has quite the road to recovery ahead of her.
