This is Jazz, your adopted Team Mom, Hope all is well, I'm reaching out to you guys because one of our parents in our boys team needs our help, can't disclose too much other than they've been placed on a Dr's induced comma, this Family has 6 small children that could use our help, I know they will need more support then ever, I've set up a meal train for them, so our ACES Family can help out... What I need from you guys is to follow the link and add in whatever you and your family would like to help with, if unable to do the meal train app, please feel free to reach me, I'll be more than happy to help make it happen, whether is picking up/ dropping off, you can cashapp or venmo me and I can make a meal, we can have something delivered, anything that would help this family in their time of need...
