Life is about to get a little crazy for the Fortunatos and we want to do what we can to help. On March 29th, Lukas will be having shoulder surgery which brings along with it a 12 week long recovery. Shortly after that on June 25th, baby boy Fortunato is scheduled to make his arrival. Help bless the Fortunato family the way they have blessed us in any of the ways detailed below.
