Story
Everyone has been so sweet and several people have asked if we created a meal train. To be honest, we really thought Kenneth would be back in a couple of days We are looking at a 2-4 week recovery now. Kenneth experienced tingling and weakness in hands and feet for almost a year before finally getting into a neurosurgeon(March 2024). After many MRI’s, CT scans, X-rays, and blood work, they found a herniated disc that was pushing into his spine. When we went for a follow-up and to talk about surgery options they discovered the problem had gotten worse and the risk of being paralyzed was at a very high percent. So, surgery was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks that appointment. Aug 16,2024 he went in for surgery thinking he would be out same day and he could go back to work. Unfortunately, that was far from reality. He did get to come home next day and has been recovering at home.
