Sean suffered a major heart attack and has been in and out of the E.R. There was a lot of damage done to his heart and arteries. He most likely is going to need a pacemaker soon and eventually be put on a heart transplant list. While he is at home letting his heart get stronger before the pacemaker surgery, I thought it would be nice to start a meal train. Sean does need to be on a heart health/diabetic diet. I know there is Albertsons, Costco and Trader Joe’s close by. Uber/ Uber eats would be great too! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Much love, Nicole - The Sister 💕
