Love and Support for Gwen

Los Angeles, CA

Story

On June 1st, Gwen suddenly began having a difficult time articulating her thoughts. Through the quick thinking of a friend, 911 was called and she was rushed to the emergency room. It was at that time the doctors discovered she had suffered a seizure resulting from a mass on her brain. Unfortunately, removing the mass by surgery has the potential of causing some very unpleasant consequences. With the council of her family and physicians, they are in search of some alternate procedures to prevent any additional damage. In addition to this unexpected diagnosis, Gwen is the primary caregiver for her 92 year old mother. As she works towards her healing, she is unable to do the many things her mother requires and is calling on the support from family and friends. We would love to pull together and assist Gwen during this difficult time with the assistance she may need but also assisting with the needs of her mom. Whether it is food, checking in on them, cleaning services, etc., let's make sure their needs are met to ensure a smoother road to recovery.
