Hi all, Ellen had major surgery on her shoulder this past week and recovery is much more difficult than she anticipated. She’s finding it impossible to get even the simplest tasks done without the use of her right arm, which she’s now unable to move for the next six weeks. When asked what would help most right now she said it would be awesome if she didn’t have to worry about preparing lunches and dinners for she and the kids on days when Al is working. She would appreciate a source of protein and veggies with any meal—they try and maintain a healthy diet. Lunches can be simple. We are saving the family from shopping, meal planning and prep.
