I am creating this meal train because I am undergoing a very serious operation on July 10th and will be off my feet for a while. I do have some help but as we all know Patricia has COPD and requires oxygen 24/7 so cooking on the stove is extremely tough for her especially in this heat and she is going to have her hands full taking care of me. Any thing will help!!
