Our dear friends, Laverne and Ashleigh, will be recovering after their kidney transplant surgery. Both will need time to heal and regain their strength. During this critical recovery period, we are organizing a meal train to support them in their journey.

Recovery Details:

Laverne (Receiver): She won't be able to drive or lift objects weighing more than 10 pounds for the next 2-4 weeks. She’ll need time to rest and focus on healing. She will be staying with Ashleigh and Patrick for the first week or two.
Ashleigh (Donor): For the first 4 weeks, she can’t lift anything over 20 pounds. If there are no complications, she may return to light activities in about 6-8 weeks.
