Betty fell at the Merrick Inn on Friday, Jan 31. As of Feb 2, she is still at Central Baptist in Lexington and will be possibly discharged on Monday, Feb 3. Betty has a fractured L2. Trying to avoid surgery, she is being fitted for a custom back brace and will receive physical therapy several days a week. They anticipate several months of recovery. Don will be her primary caregiver. They will need a little help, as Betty cannot stand for long periods. We hope you can help her on her way to recovery. They would love to hear from you.
