Dietary Restrictions: Absolutely no pork or dairy! While Caitlin is recovering, healthy (lean, not greasy or spicy, high fiber, low sodium) foods are a must to reduce swelling - please keep this in mind when selecting foods or cooking! Hated Foods: Olives Dried fruit (except cranberries) Lavender Okra Natto Blueberries Chia Seeds Favorite Meals: souuuupppp! Not dairy or cream based. Breads Non greasy Jewish foods (Matzah Ball Soup is a big fav!) Non-spicy curries! Favorite Cuisines (for cooking and restaurant selection): Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese Favorite Snacks: Love Salty snacks, but low sodium is a must Fruits Smoothie ingredients! Preferred delivery service: n/a Preferred grocery stores: Safeway, Whole Foods, TJs, QFC Pharmacies: Rite Aid Visitor Requests: Do not send flowers, do not call. It's okay to text but expect long delays or a lack of response. Once Caitlin is feeling better prearranged visitors are okay. Must get 100% confirmation directly from Caitlin prior to arrival. NO surprise visitors.
