My best friend Cassie had an unexpected accident that resulted in her breaking her back, neck and completely shattering her left shoulder. She will be in the hospital for at least another week possibly longer. I'm starting this meal train to help support her and her 3 minor children, ages 17, 13, and 12. Cassie has a very long road to her recovery and could use all the support she can get in this difficult time.
