Cancer Fit, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides free exercise and wellness programs to child cancer patients and their siblings.  The organization's mission is to create and establish safe and innovative exercise and wellness programs to improve the quality of life for child cancer patients and their siblings through exercise, wellness, nutrition and other outlets.
