In November of 2022, Devin was in a car accident which left several injuries, including a tear in his labrum in his right hip. As a result, Devin underwent surgery to repair the tear in June of 2023. However, 5 months after the first surgery the injury showed signs of regression and symptoms began persisting again. After months of continued efforts to improve, surgeons decided that it was time to conduct a 2nd surgery to identify the root of the persisting injury and fix it - all within a diagnostic surgery. On Tuesday, September 17th Devin will undergo surgery at USC Keck Hospital in Los Angeles and will begin a 4-6 month journey to full recovery. With much of Devin’s friends and family living across the country, this page is set up for anyone who would like to offer Devin support throughout this journey from afar.
