I want to thank everyone who is helping me on this journey of getting healthier long term. On June 2 2021 I am embarking on the Bariatric Sleeve weight loss surgery after more then 15 years struggling to keep weight off. As my health declined over the last 2 years due to excessive weight gain, I decided to take control of my life especially after I became diabetic this year and had several hospitalizations due to complications. My soon to be husband has been great supporting me in this next transition of my life.
