Hello All, My mom, Maria, is having a total knee replacement, on May 27th. The doctors have expressed that the recovery time may take up to 8 weeks. As you all might know, my father had a stroke on September 5th which has limited his ability to drive. This impacts how they will be able to get groceries and meals those first few days. As we try to support her, the most important thing would be for them to have a healthy meal each day for the first two- three weeks after surgery, while she is recovering. My husband and I will be available to help, but I thought I'd share this with you all in case you'd like to help us support her as well through this recovery period.
