Story
As many of you have probably heard, Alicia, a ONE Athletics mom and coach, broke 4 bones in her foot about a week ago. She is doing well and focusing on recovery, but will be laid up for the next 9 weeks. Being able to provide for her family has always been top priority, but being non-weightbearing and on crutches has made the usual daily tasks incredibly difficult. Asking for help can be really hard (for anyone!), so I am hoping we can pool our time, talents, and resources, and come together and show up for Alicia in various ways and help carry some of the weight for her.
