As you all know, my mom, Hope Smithwick, fell down the stairs January 21st ending up with 3 breaks and a dislocation in her foot. She’s healing well but unfortunately she has to be in a cast for at least another 4 weeks. With me being in school and working, there are many nights where I’m unavailable to help out with dinner, and my dad’s neuropathy makes it hard to cook. Therefore, we have set this meal train up to try and get some help with meals throughout the week. Don’t feel pressured into doing anything but we would appreciate it if you could!
