Story
Over the last few months, we have been working with doctors at UT Southwestern to identify a mass in relation to Phillip’s lymph nodes. Throughout this process we have met with many doctors and complete a few different scans to get a better idea of what is going on. Our Doctor has decided the best option for Phillip is going to be to remove a Lymph node. This surgery will take place on Thursday, May 6th. We will have to stay a couple days in the hospital after surgery. His recovery will consist of 2 weeks home bound and 8 weeks total of no strenuous activity. We are definitely anxious for the coming days, but we are ready for some answers.
Special Notes
We have had many people asking how they can help. Meals are going to be the best way to help. Phillip will be home for 2 weeks while Michaella is going to have to be at work. Meals would provide one less thing to stress about on this road to recovery for those two weeks. We have provided nights you can bring us dinner, or there are gift card options if you’d prefer. We are thankful for every single one of you and we ask you to join us in prayer over the next 2 weeks.
