August 08, 2021, our mom, Michelle, was hospitalized for Legionnaires disease. In simple terms: bacterial pneumonia. Her body rejected several antibiotics because her WBC was wiped out from a medication she was taking for her rheumatoid arthritis. She was put on a vent for a little over 2.5 weeks. She slowly but surely has made recovery and has spent the last 2 weeks at a rehab center. She is coming home tomorrow and will need time to adjust back into the real world. We are asking for your help to make this transition easier for my mom and dad by signing up for a meal.
