On Wednesday night, we had a small grease fire in a pot and I went to throw it out the front door the fire out the front door so I don’t burn the house down and the flames got me on my arms and hands. I have second and third-degree burns. I will be in Norfolk General for weeks due to having to get skin graphs and making sure I can still function and move my fingers. My daughter is to graduate from high school on 17 June. Would love to be there so that’s why I’m working so hard and focusing all of my energy on getting better and then we also have a cruise coming up on 28 June that I will definitely need to be covered up while I’m in the sun to protect my burns anything anybody can do to help right now would be amazing and very appreciative. My mother is helping me right now and I would like to support her as well by sending food to the house so that she doesn’t have to worry about cooking.
