Ernesto was in a work accident in June, he was pinned by a fork lift into another fork lift while on duty. He underwent a complex pelvic fracture. He was transferred to Memorial Hospital in South Bend where he underwent several surgeries. He is currently at home and is doing therapy weekly. He has several restrictions and is adjusting to a new routine.
