From Dr. Stepter: Some of you may be aware, but Shannon Davenport’s husband fell and broke his tibia and fibula on Tuesday. He had surgery today to repair. He is having some hypercapnic issues and pulmonary edema. They are going to keep him on the ventilator and move him to ICU. Shannon and her family have had a lot to deal with over the last several months including the death of her mother about 5 months ago, her mother-in-law last week (just buried on Saturday), her husband’s fall last year with subsequent ankle surgery (same leg), and now this.
